Kidney stone disease is the formation of stones and gravel in the kidneys and urinary tract from salts in the urine — most often calcium salts, less often uric acid. A stone that stays put may cause no symptoms, but once it starts to move it triggers renal colic: intense pain in the lower back that radiates towards the groin. The “Kidney stone” complex is intended for support during flare-ups and when you tend to form gravel.

The first programs are for the kidneys themselves — their regulation and cleansing — and for acid-base balance, which influences whether salts crystallise.
