Solfeggio frequencies come from a popular tradition that links an ancient musical scale with particular emotional and spiritual states and with the body’s energy centres, the chakras. “Solfeggio” is intended to support emotional balance, the release of accumulated tension and the harmonising of those energy centres.
The sub-programs follow the tones of the scale, each with its own theme: relief of emotional and physical pain, tissue healing, release from guilt, fear, stress and negativity, the sacral chakra, love and DNA restoration, the heart chakra and relationships, clearing out toxins, fear, worry and overthinking together with awakening intuition, and finally the pineal gland and intuition.
A holistic reading sees this sequence as a path from the outside in — from pain and the body, to relationships with others, and finally to intuition and the inner voice. That is why the complex is connected both to emotional well-being and to the energy system. “Endorphins, Hormones of Happiness”, “Overcoming Fears” and “Negative Thoughts Erasing” are good companions.
