Angular cheilitis, also called angular stomatitis, is inflammation and cracking at the corners of the mouth. The skin there reddens, splits and hurts when you open your mouth. Fungi (candida) or bacteria are often behind it, sometimes herpes, while saliva pooling in the folds, iron and B-vitamin deficiency and lowered immunity make it more likely. The “Stomatitis, angular cheilitis” complex is intended to support you when these cracks appear.

It starts with “Active protection”, the basic pain and inflammation frequencies and immune system activation, stabilisation and reconstitution. A large group targets fungi — candida, candidiasis, Candida albicans, Geotrichum candidum and candida with helminths — followed by the herpes programs: basic and general herpes, herpetic stomatitis and herpes simplex of both types. Then come programs for the skin and its protective functions, for oral fissures, and for infections of the mouth.

Skin and mucous membrane meet here, so the complex combines programs for the skin and for the mouth alike. In the holistic view, stubborn cracks at the corners of the mouth point to weakened defences and a fungal load, and the closing cleansing of the lymph, blood and plasma, kidneys and liver supports the body in dealing with that load. If what you have looks more like small blisters on the lip, “Herpes simplex type 1 outbreak” is the better choice.
