Nervous tic
Biomedis Trinity program · Нервен тик · Нервный тик
A nervous tic is an involuntary, repetitive twitch — most often of the eyelid, the corner of the mouth or other facial muscles. It usually gets worse with stress, fatigue, lack of sleep and too much coffee, and often with a shortage of magnesium. Most tics are harmless and pass in time, but they can be annoying and embarrassing. The “Nervous tic” complex is intended to support you when such twitching appears.
The sub-programs open with facial muscle spasms and muscle twitching, the dedicated nervous tic program and the general frequencies for nerve problems. Then come the nerve centre, nerve restoration, neuropathy, the cranial nerves, quieting and frequencies for various spasms. A separate group is devoted to mineral balance — magnesium deficiency, potassium exchange, phosphorus and calcium — together with the neurotropic effect.
The minerals are there for a reason: magnesium, potassium and calcium take part in passing the nerve impulse to the muscle, and when they run low the twitching tends to increase. In the holistic view a tic is a sign of an overloaded nervous system, so the complex ends with “Antistress” and deep cleaning of the organism. If the tic is part of general exhaustion, “Nervous system restoration” may be worth considering too.
The complex's device number, duration, mode and full sub-program list are in the Trinity · programs app — together with all 218 complexes, arranged by complaint, body system and body part.
