The weeks after an operation ask a lot of the body: the wound has to close, pain has to settle, the bowel has to get going again and the immune defences have to cope with the risk of infection — all against a background of fatigue and stress. “Post surgery period” is intended to support recovery after surgery, together with your surgeon’s instructions.

The session begins with the anti-pain program and “Antistress”, followed by programs for an incised wound, healing and regeneration, host defences, wound closure and cell regeneration. Next come digestive regulation and peristalsis — important after anaesthesia and bed rest — then the anti-pain program again, the heart and circulation, the immune system and speeding up recovery.

The last part is about protection and cleansing: kidneys, endocrine regulation, general inflammation, infections, a general antiseptic, lymph and blood detox, and detox of chemical substances — in the holistic view, after anaesthesia and medication the body needs to clear what has built up. Deep cleansing and “Antistress” close the session. For injuries that did not need surgery, “Bone fracture” is the matching complex.
