Tennis elbow

Biomedis Trinity program · Лакът на тенисиста · Локоть теннисиста

“Tennis elbow” is the everyday name for lateral epicondylitis — overload of the forearm muscle tendons where they attach to the outer side of the elbow. It is not limited to tennis players; any repetitive movement can bring it on, from using a mouse or tools to gardening. The “Tennis elbow” complex is intended to support you with this pain.

The dedicated tennis elbow program appears at the start and returns a little later. Around it are arranged osteoarthritis, post-traumatic osteopathy, basic joint pain, connective tissue, sprain, the elbow, post-trauma rehabilitation, arthritis, tendovaginitis, injuries, cartilage formation, the elbow joint, bursitis, tendon inflammation and muscle pain.

The finale is cleansing — lymph and intercellular space, blood and plasma, the lymphatic system, kidneys and deep cleansing — because in a holistic view chronic tendon inflammation is also sustained by congestion in the tissue. The sessions complement resting the arm and changing the movements that caused the overload. Related joint topics are covered by “Shoulder pain, recovery”.
